Applications

The Integrated Supercharger  "I-Charger " design incorporates the rotor housing, manifold plenum, discharge ports and runners into one compact housing and casting, this further incorporates intercooling, both block or bar type depending on plenum restrictions or application confines,
The three main areas of designation are the "Inverted" , the "In Valley", and the "In Line", although the design concept can be equally applied to any internal combustion engine, single cylinder thru 16 cylinder or larger regardless of configaration.

The "Inverted" Series.

Designed for the modern modular V type engines, 2 thru 16 cylinder, designed to fit within the confines of the heads in the central valley, the rotor assemble placed on the underside or bottom of the Integrated manifold, pressurizing to an upper plenum and port runner, this avails both longer port runner length for increased torque, a large discharge plenum area to incorporate a water-to-air intercooler, the intake runner (top bonnet) acts as both a placement for your throttle body and an incoming air venturi, further its underside has a patent diffuser to distribute air evenly within the plenum.
A full range of supercharger sizes are available dependant on engine and boost requirements.

The "In Valley" Series

Developed for the big block V type push rod engine family, the rotors are incorporated into the upper portion of the housing pressurizing into a lower plenum and port runner, designed to fit within the confines of the engine valley between the heads, the supercharger being no taller than a standard 4-barrel manifold, the supercharger can be run on carburetor (wet) or equally with injectors over port and throttle body.
Supercharger sizes ranging from 2.0 to 5.0 litres per revolution.

The " In Line" Series

Catering to the Straight or In line 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 cylinder engine family, both petrol or larger diesel applications are all encompassed, this again uses the patent "Integrated" design concept, incorporating the rotor housing, manifold plenum and port runner as one compact ergonomical unit.
Supercharger sizes ranging from 220cc to 12 litres per revolution.
